Over 13, 000 Students Achieve Top Grades in SPM Exams!

Title: 13, 779 SPM Candidates Achieve Top Grades of A+, A, A- In Putrajaya, it was announced that 13, 779 candidates of the 2025 Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) examinations, representing 3. 55 percent of the total, achieved outstanding results by securing grades A+, A, and A- across all subjects. This marks a notable achievement for the students this year. The Director-General of Education, Datuk Dr.

Mohd. Azam Ahmad, highlighted that 376 candidates attained a perfect score of A+ in all subjects, an increase from the previous year, 2024. This rise in high achievers reflects a positive trend in academic performance. Furthermore, the number of candidates who obtained at least a credit or Grade C in all subjects also saw an increase.

In 2025, a total of 92, 347 candidates met this criterion, compared to 86, 040 candidates in 2024. This improvement suggests a broader enhancement in overall student performance. It is noteworthy that the 2025 SPM candidates are the first cohort who did not sit for the Ujian Pencapaian Sekolah Rendah (UPSR) and the Pentaksiran Tingkatan 3 (PT3), marking a significant change in their educational journey.
